All bookings are subject to availability. Customers must provide accurate information regarding pickup location, destination, goods details, and contact information to ensure smooth service execution.
Our team follows professional packing and handling procedures to ensure the safe transportation of your belongings. However, customers should inform us in advance about fragile, valuable, or oversized items requiring special handling.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all goods are legally owned and suitable for transportation. Hazardous materials, explosives, flammable items, illegal goods, and prohibited substances must not be included in the shipment.
Customers using our Metal Scrap Services must ensure that all scrap materials are legally owned and free from any legal disputes. Scrap value is determined based on material type, quality, quantity, and prevailing market rates at the time of collection.
Customers agree to pay the applicable charges as per the confirmed quotation. Additional charges may apply for extra labor, waiting time, storage, packing materials, or any services not included in the original estimate.
Estimated pickup and delivery timelines are provided for customer convenience. While we make every effort to deliver on schedule, delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, road closures, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Transit insurance is available upon customer request at an additional cost. Customers are encouraged to opt for insurance to safeguard valuable goods during transportation.
Goods stored in our warehouse are handled with proper care and security. Customers are responsible for collecting their belongings within the agreed storage period. Additional storage charges may apply for extended durations.
R K Metal Shift Logistic takes every precaution to ensure the safe handling of goods. However, our liability is limited to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking and applicable laws. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper customer packing, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling before the scheduled service date. Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling charges will be communicated at the time of the request.
Any claims related to loss or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will investigate the matter and resolve genuine claims as per company policy.
Customer information is kept secure and is used solely for providing our services. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with unauthorized third parties.
